CaseCracker: A Channel Partner Perspective
I recently visited the Cumberland Foreside, ME location of our newest CaseCracker channel partner, Exactitude Inc. I asked them to share more about their business model along with what initially motivated them to have interest in selling CaseCracker.
As a Channel Partner, they will representing and selling CaseCracker throughout Maine.
What made Exactitude desire to become a CaseCracker Channel Partner?
We wanted to expand our Electronic Security footprint by looking at segments we did not cater to. CaseCracker was a perfect choice. It’s a niche market. We have supplied audio video systems to law enforcement in the past, but lately those systems were lacking the specific software capabilities our potential clients were asking for.
Tell us a little bit about your business and how CaseCracker fits into your product mix?
Exactitude is a leading sales and service provider for the commercial door and hardware industry in Northern New England. We provide ‘’total opening solutions’’ with an integrated approach of door, hardware, security and access control, all from one source. CaseCracker expands our systems integration reach into the interview management market.
What value do you see CaseCracker adding to your customers?
The more products we can provide our architects, contractors, and end users, the more important we become as a partner today, and in the future.
What is your favorite CaseCracker feature?
Ease of operation. We hear time and again how easy the user interface is to learn, and operate. With many officers using the system sporadically and at various times of the day and night, the last thing our clients want, is for someone to be struggling with a difficult computer program.
